Zucchini and anchovy spread

  • 1 blender

Ingredients

  • 100 g cooked zucchini
  • 100 g firm fresh cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 anchovies

Instructions

  • Blend the zucchini and anchovies until smooth.
  • Mix in the fresh cheese.
  • Add a tablespoon of olive oil. You can use the oil from the anchovy can for a stronger flavor (add gradually and taste). Mix well.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
