Instructions
Blend the zucchini and anchovies until smooth.
Mix in the fresh cheese.
Add a tablespoon of olive oil. You can use the oil from the anchovy can for a stronger flavor (add gradually and taste). Mix well.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
