Zucchini soup with orange and cream cheese

Ingredients

  • juice of half an orange
  • 1 zucchini medium
  • 1/2 chicken stock cube
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese Madame Loïk, Fjord, voire Vache qui rit ou Kiri

Instructions

  • Wash and chop the zucchini.
  • Cook the zucchini in 750 ml (about 3 cups) of water with the half chicken stock cube and orange juice for 15 minutes.
  • Add the cream cheese, let it melt, and continue cooking for a few more minutes. It’s ready to serve!
  • For an extra touch, you can add a topping of orange zest.
