Zucchini soup with orange and cream cheese

Ingredients
juice of half an orange

zucchini

chicken stock cube

cream cheese

Instructions
Wash and chop the zucchini.
Cook the zucchini in 750 ml (about 3 cups) of water with the half chicken stock cube and orange juice for 15 minutes.
Add the cream cheese, let it melt, and continue cooking for a few more minutes. It’s ready to serve!
For an extra touch, you can add a topping of orange zest.
