- 100 g cooked zucchini
- 100 g firm fresh cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 anchovies
Instructions
- Blend the zucchini and anchovies until smooth.
- Mix in the fresh cheese.
- Add a tablespoon of olive oil. You can use the oil from the anchovy can for a stronger flavor (add gradually and taste). Mix well.
