Zucchini soup with orange and cream cheese

Ingredients
- juice of half an orange
- 1 zucchini medium
- 1/2 chicken stock cube
- 1 tbsp cream cheese Madame Loïk, Fjord, voire Vache qui rit ou Kiri
Instructions
- Wash and chop the zucchini.
- Cook the zucchini in 750 ml (about 3 cups) of water with the half chicken stock cube and orange juice for 15 minutes.
- Add the cream cheese, let it melt, and continue cooking for a few more minutes. It’s ready to serve!
- For an extra touch, you can add a topping of orange zest.
